Prevention and control the rise in blood pressure

Hypertension is blood pressure on vessel walls. High blood pressure can be measured by the rubber belt that can be filled with air. The region is locked in the upper arm and connected to the pressure recording device.
The device records the two tests. For example, I record the measurement of 120/80. The first number shows the measurement of blood pressure when the heart beats (systole). Second number shows the measurement of blood pressure among the heartbeat (diastole). Blood pressure is measured by millimeters of mercury. Doctors say that the patient's blood pressure has come when measured multiplies 140/90.
What raised blood pressure? Imagine you irrigate your farm water. When you open a trench or pit popunguza size of the canal, you increase the water pressure. That is also true with hypertension. Blood pressure rises when much blood passes into a vein or vein while you were fine. How does one come the disease? Many factors are involved.
Totally AVOID THINGS
Researchers have found that if a person has a family of people who have the problem of rising blood pressure, then faces the most likely to get the disease. Statistics indicate that twins who resemble get the disease than fraternal twins. One study speaks of "exploring the information found in the genes that cause the problem of rising blood pressure."
That proves that there are genes that cause the problem of rising blood pressure. It is said that the possibility of getting the problem increases when everyone keeps aging and that black males suffer more likely to get the disease.
WHAT YOU CAN AVOID
Consider nutrition! High blood pressure may rise of certain people eat salt (sodium). This applies especially diabetics, people who have their blood pressure rises too much, the elderly and some black. Much fat in the blood can form membrane cholesterol on the inner walls of the arteries. Thus, vessels tend to narrow and blood pressure increases.
It will continue next week.
